Below I will share what you can expect and not expect from a 15 minute consultation with me…

What not to expect:

  • Me trying to convince you that I’m the best agent in the world and that you need to hire me – I sell houses, not people. You will NOT get a hardcore sales pitch. 
 
  • A bait and switch. We will be meeting to discuss initial thoughts on why your home didn’t sell and your goals, not me trying to get you to sign paperwork (see point above).
 
  • Me to have the absolute answer to why your home didn’t sell in our first meeting. My consultation is two parts: first, we will meet to tour your property, discuss the history of your sale and hear about your goals. This will take about 15 minutes. The second part involves me doing some thorough research and scheduling a second meeting to chat about what I discover.

What to expect:

  • A clear understanding of options as to why your home didn’t sell. Was it the marketing, the price, the agent, the market, the neighborhood, the home itself, and/or a combination of these..?

 
  • A clear path moving forward, objective information and my opinion on what it will take to get your home sold, not to mention, how long it will take to sell your home and a range of what you can expect to net after the sale and fees.

 
  • Most importantly, what you can expect is me being brutally honest about what I think. I believe what my clients value most is integrity and professionalism and I strive to deliver BOTH on a daily basis.

I know how frustrating it can be to be told that your home will sell for (insert happy dollar amount here) in (insert eye-bulging low number of days here) amount of days, only to have it sit. You spent hours getting your home ready for showings, made your bed every day, packed up and prepared to move, left your home for a bunch of showings or no showings at all and, worst of all, NO OFFERS or low ball offers! Then, to top it all off, the day your home expires or you cancel your listing, you get bombarded by hundreds of agents using sales tactics like “they have a buyer” or, “they’d like to see your home just to stay educated in the market” or, they ask you a bunch of “pre-qualification questions” or… I could go on and on.

My approach to serving you comes from a place of empathy and low pressure. I sell houses, not people. My goal is to provide you with some new information that will help you understand exactly why your home didn’t sell and what needs to happen the next time you decide to sell in order to get top dollar and spend the least amount of time on the market as possible under the least amount of stress – whenever that time may be. These are YOUR goals and YOUR timeline, not mine.
